Nancy has earned a distinctive reputation within the technology industry for being one of its most charismatic, influential and dynamic leaders. Her solid track record of building successful, multimillion dollar businesses from startup to disposition with best-in-class return on investment, distinguishes her as a top leader in the space.
Nancy began her career in Telecommunications as vice president of sales with Teleconferencing Systems of Canada where she built the Business Services sector to the largest in North America. Since then, she has been a partner in numerous startups and acquisitions. In 1999, she co-founded ViaWest and assumed the Chief Executive Officer role in 2012.
Nancy is committed to promoting women and diversity to create a vibrant technology community, not only in Colorado, but globally. She serves on the board of directors of several professional associations, most notably, The National Center for Women and Information Technology (NCWIT); Colorado Technical Association (CTA) where she served as chair; and the Denver School of Science and Technology (DSST). A native of Toronto, Nancy received an Honors Bachelor of Economics Degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
