Michael Sterl

Michael Sterl is Regional Vice President, Indirect Channel and part of the founding management team of SimpleSignal, where he is responsible for the sales organization including resellers and channel partners. Sterl has more than 10 years’ experience in the telecom industry, having previously served in both sales and operations at XO and Allegiance Telecom. Sterl’s creative and innovative approach to sales and marketing have served him well, as he is largely responsible for the growth and long term success of SimpleSignal’s partner program. He has excelled in his role of managing the sales team in the areas of go-to-market innovation, channel partner training, operations and customer satisfaction.

As Vice President of Channels, Scott Lee leads the development, expansion and management of Matrix’s Sales, Business Development and Indirect Channel including agents, strategic partnerships and resellers.  He brings to Matrix 15+ years of direct and indirect sales management experience across a full breadth of voice, data, cloud and infrastructure services. He has held positions of escalating responsibility with ServerCentral, nLayer Communications, Premiere Global Services (PGI), and Teliris amongst others.

James Hong

With more than 25 years of experience in the wireless radio industry, James Hong is responsible for the design and deployment of MHO’s microwave network. Currently Mr. Hong is evaluating next generation radio technologies for the upgrade of the Colorado network and to power the new markets which are coming on‐line Q4 2015. Prior to joining MHO Networks Mr. Hong held several positions at Motorola including director of customer solutions for the PTP and backhaul technologies.

Paul Crane

Paul W. Crane is the Senior Lead Sales Engineer for the Enterprise Mountain West Region of CenturyLink.  He is a seventeen year veteran of the IT industry having worked in Support, Operations, Management, and Technical Sales.  Mr. Crane has a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.  He holds numerous certifications in information technology and security from multiple industry leading organizations.  Mr. Crane is an avid reader on technology and has presented at various IT and security events.  In his free time he enjoys backpacking, playing guitar, board games and cinema.  Paul lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Glenn Kletzky

Glenn obtained a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Tulane University School of Engineering in New Orleans, where he graduated magna cum laude. He then went on to complete medical school at the Tulane University School of Medicine. After training as an Anesthesiology Resident at the University of Miami, he became Chief Resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital in 1996. He went on to have a vigorous private practice in Denver Colorado.  During his sixth year of private practice in 1999, Glenn started a software quality assurance and testing company called iBeta, which grew to over 100 employees in its second year and is still thriving today. Glenn eventually left his medical practice to run iBeta full time. In 2008 Glenn and his partner created a sister company called Mobile Epiphany and Glenn became the CEO.  As a passionate software designer and Business Analyst with a love for the best-of-breed software and process optimization, Glenn and his team have designed and developed a breakthrough concept in the rapid creation of mobile applications.   .

Joshua is currently Regional Vice President at BroadSoft, the leading provider of VoIP application software and unified communications solutions.  A Colorado native, Joshua began his career in telecommunications at US WEST where he was Manager of Technology Selection and Digital Switch Engineering.  Leveraging his practical Service Provider experience, Joshua became a key contributor to product development, marketing, and support at industry solution providers including Hewlett-Packard, Veraz Networks, Agilent Technologies, and Empirix.  Joshua spearheaded efforts toward VoIP adoption through service assurance, including working as Business Manager for Agilent’s Next-Generation OSS.
