A Denver native, CEO Andy Boian founded dovetail solutions, a full-service professional communications firm specializing in media relations, branding and messaging, crisis and issues management, digital marketing and media, and public affairs on behalf of it’s professional services clients. The firm works with its clients to build mutually beneficial relationships for maximum opportunity through relationship-building and mutual trust as opposed to a transactional one only. As a result, his peers and friendly competitors through PRSA, the Public Relations Society of America, named his firm the “Public Relations Firm of the Year” recently. He has beenreferred to as a natural “connector,” a term coined in Malcolm Gladwell’s book, The Tipping Point. He began his career in 1993 as a speechwriter and corporate communications executive for a large telecommunications firm, with national responsibility and oversight.

He is engaged in electoral politics at both the national and regional levels, working with a number of candidate and issue-based campaigns. He has served as a senior campaign strategist and advisor for more than 25 years. Additionally, he served on the transition teams for both the nation’s forty-second president and a cabinet member of the nation’s forty-third President.
